We are looking for a Visual Merchandising Manager to support the Worldwide Visual Merchandising Manager in executing the global Visual Merchandising strategy across retail and wholesale channels, ensuring consistency, excellence in execution, and full alignment with the brand’s identity and positioning. Working closely with regional teams and cross-functional departments, this role contributes to the development and implementation of guidelines and tools, ensuring a distinctive and elevated customer experience across markets. Combining creative sensitivity with a strong operational mindset, the Visual Merchandising Manager plays a key role in translating global direction into effective in-store execution. 

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES AND ACTIVITIES:

  • Support the development and implementation of global Visual Merchandising guidelines across retail and wholesale locations, ensuring alignment with brand image and positioning.
  • Create, update, and adapt store layouts and floor plans in line with global directives to optimize product visibility and commercial performance.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Buying, and Merchandising teams to execute product launches, seasonal activations, and promotional initiatives.
  • Support the training and coaching of regional and store teams on Visual Merchandising standards, tools, and best practices.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide feedback on the effectiveness of visual displays, proposing optimization actions.
  • Support budget tracking and coordinate with suppliers and vendors for the production and delivery of Visual Merchandising materials.
  • Ensure proper installation and maintenance of in-store displays, windows, and signage, maintaining premium execution standards.
  • Execute and manage the set-up of brand showrooms and support Visual Merchandising activities for shootings when requested.
  • Ensure consistent application of Visual Merchandising guidelines across markets.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to contribute to the continuous evolution of visual standards.
  • Conduct store visits to monitor visual compliance and support regions in maintaining brand standards.

REQUIRED SKILLS: 

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Visual Merchandising within the luxury sector
  • Role requires national and international travel commitments (approximately 25-30%)
  • Strong experience in Visual Merchandising across retail & wholesale
  • Ability to implement global VM guidelines ensuring brand consistency
  • Expertise in store layout & floor planning to drive commercial performance
  • Solid understanding of retail KPIs and data-driven approach
  • Experience managing product launches, seasonal activations & showroom set-ups
  • Vendor coordination and budget tracking
  • Cross-functional collaboration (Marketing, Buying, Merchandising, Retail)
  • Experience in training & coaching store teams
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD/SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, Excel & PowerPoint
