We are looking for an E-Commerce Digital Project Manager to join our team.

The E-Commerce Digital Project Manager is responsible for the technological and functional maintenance, optimization, and continuous improvement of the website to ensure an optimal online experience and performance.

 

Reporting directly to the Head of E-Business the figure will be in charge of the main following activities:

 

Website Management

  • Manage Jira tickets for AEM & Hybris (or any other ticketing tool)
  • Oversee and manage changes to transactional emails
  • Coordinate website translations
  • Update website properties (labels, etc.)
  • Responsible for testing on tods.com after every release
  • Monitor tods.com to ensure proper website functionality
  • Manage bug reports and resolution
  • Implement marketing automation (e.g., abandoned carts, birthday greetings) in collaboration with the CRM department
  • Test the order flow across our websites

 

External Provider Management

  • Manage external providers for customizations and benchmarking tools
  • Oversee technical updates and management of external services (e.g., Size Predictor, Search Engine, etc.)
  • Coordinate new marketplace activations

 

Website Improvements & Projects

  • Implement A/B testing strategies
  • Collaborate with the User Experience team on Conversion Rate Optimization activities
  • Contribute to the website redesign project
  • Work on new technical and functional implementations (e.g., size guide, new payment methods, new store openings)
  • Lead special projects (e.g., new external mini-websites)
  • Conduct competitor benchmarking (service levels, payment methods, features, etc.)

 

Requirements:

  • Experience with eCommerce and web technologies preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or PMP certification is a plus
  • 6-7 years of experience in a website/mobile development environment
  • Highly detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, results-driven, customer-focused environment
  • Strong collaborative skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with departments such as Creative, Merchandising, Digital Marketing, Operations, and IT
  • Extensive expertise in both waterfall and agile project management methodologies, including identifying project members, defining goals and objectives, managing dependencies, project schedules and budgets, risk planning, and monitoring/control
