We are looking for a CRM Intern to join the CRM Corporate Team.
In a fast moving pace and exciting environment, the candidate will support the execution and the implementation of the CRM strategy.
The person we are looking for will assist the team in various activities, his/her mission will range from supporting customers’ acquisition to the help in implementing the various activities planned for top customers, with an omnichannel approach.
TASKS
The candidate will be responsible for the following activities:
- Data Analysis & CRM Insights
- Support weekly and monthly CRM reporting, analyzing customer trends, engagement performance, and growth opportunities.
- Contribute to KPI definition, dashboard creation, and automated reporting tools.
- Ensure customer database quality and support CRM coordination across regions.
- CRM Campaigns & Communications
- Assist in managing the Communications Calendar and Contact Strategy across Brands.
- Monitor campaign performance (targeting, reach, CPM) and support optimization activities.
- Help manage newsletter planning, targeting, and deployment.
- Clienteling & VIC Strategy
- Assist in developing clienteling materials and playbooks and monitoring clienteling outreach results.
- Assist in developing and monitoring VIC strategies, including gifting programs and budget control.
- Contribute to the organization of physical, digital, and phygital events dedicated to top customers.

BACKGROUND
- Master's Degree, preferably in Economics or Management
- Fluent English & Italian speaker
