As a Sales Assistant, you will be an ambassador of the Brand, ensuring that every Client is treated according to the ROGER VIVIER'S promise. By deeply understanding each Client and their needs, you will personalize their experience in our store/boutique, enhancing their perception of the Brand and also building long lasting relationships through the use of our in-house clienteling tools and systems. You are a Brand Ambassador promoting our Company Values.
Main tasks:
- Serve customers accordingly with the Roger Vivier's values and selling ceremony;
- Maintain strong product knowledge and create a storytelling aligned with brand;
- Use effective sales techniques to achieve and exceed store sales targets and individual KPIs;
- Maintain strong client relationships through follow-ups and CRM, in order to create a solid client portfolio and to build loyalty;
- Keep the boutique organized, clean, and aligned with brand standards;
- Manage and support team in daily operational activities on the sales floor (restocking, organizing merchandise, visual merchandising, physical inventory of merchandise, etc.);
- Manage payments, returns, and exchanges;
- Follow Company grooming, accordingly with Roger Vivier's standards and policies.

- Proven experience in a similar role within fashion/luxury retail companies (minimum 1-2 years of experience in the same role);
- Strong attention to detail and customer-oriented mindset;
- Thinking innovatively about how we can improve and generate new ways of creating tangible value and magic for the clients;
- Excellent commercial awareness and client-oriented;
- Deep passion and knowledge for fashion and luxury;
- Proven ability to drive and exceed individual and store results;
- High flexibility and ability to adapt to different customers and needs;
- High level of reliability, attention to detail, and accountability;
- Strong communication and teamwork skills;
- Availability to work shifts, weekends (if applicable), high-traffic periods and holidays;
