We are looking for a Regional Merchandising Planner to join our team.

 

Mission:

Merchandise planner is responsible to support the Merchandising Team with the annual Merchandise Financial planning process for products: sales, inventory, receipt and margin goals. Reporting to the European Merchandising Manager, the figure will oversee the main following activities:

 

Key accountabilities:  

  1. Own and operate Merchandising Financial Plan system;
  2. Work closely with the regional Merchandise Buying teams to:
  • Determine store level budgets and Seasonal OTB strategy prior to the seasonal buying campaign;
  • Identify and recommend opportunities to improve sales performance through stock rebalancing/transfers, reorders and markdown strategy on a weekly / monthly and seasonal basis;
  • Probide Ad-hoc stock projections analysis for the in-season stores allocations;
  • Improve sales performance through stock transfers or reorders;
  • Provide Ad-hoc sales analysis for management on a weekly basis.

 

Key requirements:   

  • Experience working with a Merchandise Planning tool;
  • Previous experience as a Merchandise Planner within a Retail oriented company;
  • Strong Excel skills, with the ability to handle large data sets;
  • Multitasking, problem solving attitude.
