We are looking for a Merchandising Assistant (all product categories) to join our team.

Mission:

Merchandising Assistant is responsible to support the Merchandising Team with definition, management and control of the collection.

Reporting directly to the Merchandising Manager the figure will be in charge of the main following activities:

• Monitoring of sales performance through in-depth analysis of sell in and sell out;
• Market research to analyze consumer preferences, competitor activities and industry trends;
• Involvement in all daily and ad-hoc activities of Merchandising Department;
• Help defining the collection structure in terms of price, models and SKU's;
• Support in defining the collection brief;
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including visual and marketing.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above;
• Passionate about Merchandising Function;
• Fond of fashion industry;
• Good number and analytical skills;
• Quick learner on new systems;
• Committed to work and be able to work under pressure;
• Fluent in both written and spoken English;
• Good knowledge and fast on Office software especially Excel;
• Natural predisposition for relationships and teamwork.
