We are seeking a passionate and experienced VIC Manager to join our dynamic CRM team and play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our VIC (Very Important Client) program for all the Brands of the Group at the worldwide level.

The VIC Manager will be responsible for acquiring, developing, and nurturing relationships with high-net-worth individuals, fostering brand loyalty and driving significant revenue growth within the VIC segment. You will be a considered leader, building a strategy dedicated to providing exceptional service and experiences to our most valued clients.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition and Development:
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to identify and acquire new high-end clients for the VIC program.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing VIC clients, fostering loyalty and increasing their engagement with the brand.
    • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders, including marketing, commercial, and PR, to develop targeted initiatives and events to attract and engage VIC clients.
  • Relationship Management:
    • Oversee the VIC activities, ensuring the highest level of personalized service and exceeding client expectations.
    • Partner with key players to cultivate brand advocacy and drive client acquisition.
    • Develop and implement a program to recognize and reward top VIC clients, fostering long-term loyalty.
  • Business Growth:
    • Set and achieve ambitious sales targets for the VIC segment, at the Brand & regional level,  contributing significantly to the company's overall revenue growth.
    • Analyze client data and trends to identify opportunities for program improvement and ensure its alignment with evolving client needs.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that enhance the VIC experience and drive program effectiveness.



  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in luxury retail, within a VIC or similar program.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building successful client relationships.
  • Strong understanding of the luxury fashion market and the needs of high-net-worth clientele.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Leadership and team management experience.
  • Analytical and data-driven approach to business.
